KLA Schools of Brickell
Candy Ortega, her husband Roberto and a group of investors and educators opened the first KLA school in Miami, Florida, in 2008. For Roberto and Candy, there was a desire to present an inspiring program, an environment with a favorable and qualitative education. Students from all over the United States were deeply rooted.
Roberto, the general director of the KLA schools, inherited his passion for education from his grandfather, who opened two of his schools in South America. Candy, director of education at KLA schools, grew up in Argentina and Brazil and arrived in the United States in 1994. She received a diploma in child development and a bachelor's degree in business administration and began her career as a teacher in school. inspired by Reggio Emilia.
